6. Custom Orders, Production and Fulfilment
   6.1 Custom Orders
   We specialise in handmade and custom-made dog collars, leads, and accessories. By placing a custom order, you agree to provide accurate information, including sizing and style choices. Incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Dileas Caraid.

6.2 Production Time
All custom products are made to order. Estimated production times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur in some circumstances.

6.3 Shipping
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Tracking will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by couriers.

7. Cancellations
   Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If work has not yet started, cancellation may be possible, but a cancellation fee may apply.
   Ready-made items may be cancelled before dispatch unless already shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds
   8.1 Custom Items
   Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
   Please measure carefully before ordering.

8.2 Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Photos or a return of the item may be required for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

8.3 Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

9. Billing and Account Accuracy
   You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details. We may refuse or cancel orders or limit quantities at our discretion.
