At Dileas Caraid, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and with all original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dileascaraid.com so we can resolve the issue. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the easiest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary, and the refund may take several additional days to appear in your account.
