At Dileas Caraid, every order is handled with care to ensure it reaches you safely.

Because many of our collars and leads are handmade, processing and delivery times can vary depending on materials and order volume.

Processing Times

  • Handmade Collars & Leads: Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted before dispatch.
    If supplies need to be ordered for your design, processing may take longer — we’ll contact you if that’s the case.

  • Premade Items: Usually ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Accessories or Resale Items: Typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

If you have a specific deadline or event, please reach out before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Custom Orders

Custom collars and leads may require additional processing time depending on materials, design, or hardware choices.
We’ll confirm your estimated dispatch date by email once your order is placed.

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped from Ireland using trusted postal or courier services.
Delivery times after dispatch are typically:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Outside the EU: Varies by destination

Please note that once your parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery times are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight. We aim to keep shipping costs as fair and transparent as possible.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched (for tracked services).
Smaller items sent by standard post may not include tracking.

Delays & Issues

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels that occur during transit.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend contacting the postal or courier service directly using your tracking information.

During busy periods or holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual — please order early to avoid delays.

Packaging

We take care to package all orders securely to protect your items during transit.
